DEFINE
The business identified a need to expand functionality so that users would be able to complete creative projects using only Hightail.
I took this direction and brainstormed with the design team.
COMMUNICATE
I took the few viable ideas from the brainstorm and made a decision on how to move forward. I created a few high-level user journey and reviewed it with the CEO, the COO and the VP of Design.
The goal of this meeting was to align my vision with the business direction and get the green-light to move forward with detailed design.

ANDROID AND iOS
The service had both Android and iOS apps and this new functionality was added to both. Both apps had the same interaction model, with only the navigation changed to conform to either Material Design or iOS patterns.
COLLABORATE
This priority project was large enough that two development teams were put on it simultaneously. In addition to attending twice a week standups for both teams, I was available on Slack and other means to continually answer questions, work through edge cases and review demos.
