Led a remote development team working on www.atlassian.com. Used Agile methodology to successfully complete a pricing page redesign with an interactive slider and dynamic currencies based on a user’s location. Transitioned static content to a dynamic, translatable CMS blocks, starting with Japanese. Worked across teams and timezones to lead an effort to allow a single-flow purchase of Jira Software and Bitbucket together.

Planned and carried out the research and recommendation of a more streamlined navigation structure for Wedding Paper Divas, along with dozens and dozens of smaller projects on all sites (including the greeting cards micro site, formerly known as Greetings and Treat.com) There isn’t one page of the purchase flow that I didn’t touch.

In this role I managed the build-out of a 2 stage usability lab in a new building, including the specification of equipment and furniture. I also planned and ran usability studies across all the product verticals, including Travel (air, hotel and car), Expense, Car Service, Web Conferencing, Package Shipping as well as the back-end configuration console.
